About Us
The Institute is staffed by a group of experienced marital and family therapists and mental health professionals with mediation training. They provide services to those who are going through or adjusting to divorce. All members in the Institute have had many years of experience in resolving difficult family conflicts.
It is our belief that when divorce matters are handled in the traditional adversarial manner and court litigation that conflicts escalate unnecessarily. Costs rise and many in the midst of such conflict realize the issues are getting out of proportion.
The most important thing parents can do for their children is to seek solutions that reduce conflict and animosity and settle issues quickly. Long drawn out battles harm children.
Most who have tried traditional litigation are unhappy with the results after the divorce is final.
